Raslysation Sirius at a family dairy in The Netherlands

Wim and Joyce Klaver, who together make up a family dairy and farm in the Dutch region of North Holland, have just received their Raslysation Sirius for production of safe and sustainable farm house cheese.

Because raslysation controls the microbial content in liquids without the use of heat, the technology protects important nutrients and uses considerably less energy compared to traditional pasteurization and filtration processes.
