Lyras wins Innovation award as the most sustainable and innovative at the Sustainable Food Processing conference

A summary of our experience and achievements at the conference held at the LEGOLAND Hotel & Conference in Billund on 18 November

We are delighted to share with you that we have received the most sustainable and innovative profile award at the Sustainable Food Processing conference, which took place at the LEGOLAND Hotel & Conference in Billund on 18 November. This is a great recognition of our work and vision to revolutionize the food industry with our cold pasteurization technology. We are very grateful to the organizers, the speakers, and the participants who voted for us and showed their interest and support for our solution.

The Sustainable Food Processing conference was a one-day event that brought together experts and decision-makers from the food industry to discuss the latest trends and technologies in the field of digitalization, efficiency, plant-based foods, energy saving and automation. The conference aimed to inspire and inform the participants about the opportunities and challenges of creating more sustainable and innovative food products and processes. The conference also featured an exhibition area where several companies showcased their solutions and products. We were happy to be among them and to demonstrate our technology to the curious and enthusiastic attendees.

We were also invited to speak at the conference and present our cold pasteurization technology, which uses UV-light to eliminate bacteria and extend the shelf life of liquid food products without compromising their taste, nutrition, or quality.
