Head of Sales wanted to lead the global commercialisation of Raslysation™

Lyras is looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale our international sales organisation and drive commercial success across some of the world’s largest food, process, and biotech industries.
We are entering an exciting new phase of growth. Our patented and proven Raslysation™ technology replaces conventional pasteurisation and delivers significant reductions in energy use and CO₂ footprint, while improving product quality. As we scale internationally, sales will play a central role in turning innovation into global impact.
A Key Role in Lyras’ International Growth
As Head of Sales, you will have full strategic and operational responsibility for global sales performance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and develop an international team of Sales Managers
- Drive and execute Lyras’ global sales strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and Marketing
- Develop priority markets, particularly across Europe
- Own key customers and participate in high-level negotiations
- Build strong relationships with industrial customers and strategic partners
- Strengthen pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial execution
- Position Lyras internationally at customer meetings, conferences, and trade fairs
Your profile
You bring strong experience in international B2B sales of complex technical solutions, ideally from the dairy, food, process, or biotech industries. You thrive in long, technically demanding sales cycles and know how to translate advanced technology into clear business value. You are a confident, structured, and motivating sales leader with a strong commercial drive.
