Your role at Lyras

As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and handing over our systems at customer sites, including documentation, testing, and training.
You will receive continuous training, both at our headquarters in Aalborg and on-site, where you will get to know our Raslysation™ systems together with experienced colleagues.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with project managers and customers to ensure successful installation, start-up, and handover of Raslysation™ equipment.
  • Perform product tests with our mobile test units according to agreed criteria.
  • Carry out service and maintenance on existing Raslysation™ systems, both planned and corrective when needed.
  • When not travelling, support our production team in Aalborg with assembly, testing, and preparation of new systems.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, technicians, fitters, and project managers on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that installation, commissioning, and service activities are properly and systematically documented.
  • Represent Lyras professionally towards customers and partners.

We imagine that you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience with commissioning process equipment, preferably from the dairy and/or food industry.
  • Hold a relevant technical or craft-based background – for example as a dairy, mechanical, electrical, or process technician, or as an automation or industrial technician.
  • Thrive in an independent role and are motivated by finding solutions and creating satisfied customers.
  • Have experience with technical documentation, PID and flow diagrams, and electrical documentation.
  • Speak and write English fluently.
  • Have a strong drive and are motivated by achieving results together with your team.
  • Are flexible and enjoy travelling (approximately 100–250 days per year). When not traveling, you support your colleagues in the production department.

What we offer

At Lyras, you will have the opportunity to become part of a dynamic, innovative, and ambitious company.
You will enjoy a high degree of flexibility in your daily work and have great opportunities for both professional and personal development.

  • We are proud to offer a workplace characterized by strong team spirit and an engaging social environment.
  • An exciting and independent position in a company with strong ambitions and sustainable solutions.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both customers and the climate.
  • Thorough onboarding and continuous professional sparring.
  • A competitive salary package based on qualifications.
  • A workday where you truly make a difference.
