At it again – This time at the site of one of our Polish dairy partners!
This particular setup is a standalone solution for full-scale in-line long run tests. It can also be rented as a temporary enhancement of e.g. a current production line.
What we see in the picture is Lyras’ full-scale setup with our Raslysation™ Sirius unit and a complete feed unit including PLC and electrical cabinet. All is mounted on a single skid frame that can easily be transported and implemented within any production site and setup.
This allows the clients to experience the full potential of Raslysation™ and trial different setups in order to find the optimal treatment for their exact production needs.
The system ensures the ability to take a host of different samples, measure and evaluate the different settings to ensure the optimal microbial kill rate, sensorics and production process to fit their needs.
The client has been operating the unit for approx. 6 weeks and has gone through many different dairy products to do feasibility studies and find the right product fit and do full scale analysis of their ROI on the unit.
With general benefits such as 60-90% energy reduction, 60-80% water reduction, chemical savings, reduced cleaning, increased yield and better product quality there are many good reasons to trial the system in your production as well.
